Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the online management service offered by the publisher.
Subscription and trial
The service is offered by monthly or yearly subscription according to the published plans. A free trial may be granted. After the paid period or the trial, and a grace period, the account becomes read-only until payment.
Payment
Invoices are payable by card (ClicToPay), transfer or cash. Prices exclude tax; VAT and fiscal stamp are charged on top.
Customer data
The customer owns its data and may export it at any time. The publisher uses it only to provide the service.
Liability
The customer remains responsible for the accuracy of the data entered and for its tax and social returns. Default scales and rules must be checked against the texts in force.
Termination
The customer may stop using the service at any time. The publisher may suspend an account for non-payment or misuse.
