About us

An ERP built for Tunisian businesses

Imported business software leaves out what a Tunisian SME deals with every day. Stamp duty, withholding tax, FODEC, TTN e-invoicing, the CNSS return: all of it ended up in a spreadsheet next to the software. Numera exists so that these rules live in the tool.

Who it is for

SMEs

Trading, distribution, services, light industry: from a few people to a few dozen employees, with one tool to sell, buy, stock, pay and file.

Accountants

Who follow several clients and would rather receive entries already posted and linked to their documents than a box of invoices at month end.

Managers

Who want to know at any time what customers owe, what is due to the State and what is left in the bank.

Tunisian rules, in every document

At Numera, Tunisian tax is not a separate add-on. An invoice knows its VAT rates, its stamp duty and its withholding; a supplier payment produces its certificate; a payroll follows the sector’s collective agreement.

Rates and scales are settings, not code. When a finance law changes a rate, it is updated in the tax catalogue, without waiting for a new version of the software.

Our commitments

Your data belongs to you

Invoices, returns, entries and files can be exported at any time, including when the subscription has become read only.

Support only gets in with your code

The Numera team cannot see your company. To help you, it asks for a code you generate: valid 24 hours, read only or full access as you choose, for a 2 hour session. Every action is logged.

Secure hosting

Encrypted connection, data backed up and isolated per company: each business sees only its own, and sensitive actions are traced.

Rules you can see

Rates, scales and agreements are shown in your settings. You can check and adjust them: nothing is hidden in the calculation.
